I've been using WP as my primary choice for small- to medium-sized CMS-like projects for a while now, though essentially only in cases where the client wants to add at least some running dynamic content (whether they call it a "blog" or not). Otherwise, I'm not thinking a blog tool makes the best sense for site management.

But anyway, while you've listed some really great tools, I'm lost on how these are of particular value to building a true CMS. Headspace is cool, but all the others seem like just good plugins to have no matter how you're using WP. When I think of CMS-oriented plugins, I think of things that allow you to manage menus and page elements better, and handle multiple content item types. Useful post either way. Thanks.

http://freshout.us/goodies/fresh-post-for-wordpress-wordpress-cms/

Checkout FreshPost Plugin. It allows for a post form to be created. I use it on a coin site so my client can input new coin inventory and the category page displays the coin attributes. The attributes are saved as custom fileds. So rather than creating a regular post they click on their 'Coin Inventory' form and create an entry that way. This thing is powerful and is being updated with very some new features with in the week. The best plugin of its kind I have ever found.

@Nirmal
You may want to try if you intend to use WordPress as CMS in any project.

@Abhishek
I guess thats why its name is WordPress Databse Backup and not WordPress Database Backup & Restore.
It would be great if it can do that too. Anyways restore is not what you do every now and then, manual method is fine for me and maybe for other WordPress advance users too.
