Method #1

You can download the fix from Microsoft site. They will email you the download link and the password to extract them out of the zip file and then install the update. Alternatively you can use the next step. Go to Microsoft Support website

Method #2

If the method #1 is too much or you don’t prefer giving away your email id to microsoft, then you can download directly from site as I have uploaded a copy of them on my server too. And if you don’t trust me, then go back to method #1.

If you are not sure of your platform, don’t download and install the wrong update. It may cause damage to your system. After installing the update, it will ask for rebooting the system. Reboot and your problem is solved now. If you are unable to find the platform of your PC then leave a comment here and I will point it out.
